Build a machine comparison sheet
Compare welding machines using the intended process, material and available electrical supply. Keep the exact model reference alongside each specification. MIG welding machines, TIG welding machines and ARC welding machines may have overlapping capabilities, but those capabilities must be confirmed for the individual model. Ask a competent welding professional to assess the application and installation requirements when preparing the purchase specification.
Compare complete packages
List the machine, torch, leads and other supplied items separately. Product photographs may show equipment that is optional, so use the written contents when comparing prices. Confirm any separately required gas, wire, electrodes or protective equipment with the supplier. The displayed prices on this site apply the requested markup to the supplier prices and include VAT; the final quotation confirms supply, delivery and any additional equipment.
Prepare the enquiry
For welding machines and workshop equipment, send the selected product reference, quantity and delivery area together. Add photographs, dimensions or a configuration list where they explain the requirement. Separate essential features from preferences so alternatives can be assessed properly. Review the final quotation against that brief, including VAT treatment, included components, additional work and the proposed delivery arrangement.
