How do I choose the right option?
A welding-machine shortlist starts with the process, material and available power supply. MIG, TIG and ARC machines have different operating arrangements, and some models support more than one process. Compare the exact supplied configuration rather than selecting on the largest current figure alone. Duty-cycle conditions, input voltage and included torches or leads must be checked against the manufacturer information for the selected machine.
What should I confirm before ordering?
Before approving a quotation, identify which accessories, consumables and setup items are included. Gas requirements, wire compatibility and electrode suitability depend on the process and model. Installation and operation should follow the manufacturer instructions and be carried out by competent people with appropriate workplace controls.
